Environmental prosecutions tend to be relating to pollution cases or breaches of environmental permits and their conditions.

We have experience of defending house owners, small businesses through to industrialists and commercial entities for these alleged offences. We can also defend or represent a Local Authority for prosecution brought for flyipping and unauthorised disposal of waste be it commercial or residential. We can also advise on furtheraspects of environmental’ law e.g. water,waste, contaminated land, Environmental Impact Assessment and prosecution for the hose pipe bands.
