All aspects of planning are dealt with from major public inquiries and recovered jurisdiction  appeals to drafting Section 106 legal agreements. Acting for a wide range of sectors including property developers, public authorities, house builders and individuals. Experience of both prosecuting and defending planning contraventions in the Magistrates and Crown Courts as well as appearing in the Administrative Court in Judicial Review proceedings.

A breach of an enforcement notice (which has not been withdrawn or quashed on appeal) can lead to prosecution by the local authority in the Magistrates Court which will normally lead to a fine if the case is proven. Similarly a breach of condition notice is enforceable by prosecution in the Magistrates Court by the local authority. We can advise and represent your interest on the following
